Did you know that smiling is critical for business owners regarding first impressions? It gives the employee/employer/or consumer the belief that you are happy to see them and a positive person.
Business deals can be made simply through a smile. When have you ever seen an enthusiastic and happy salesman without a smile? A salesperson smiling is more inviting, increasing the chances of selling a product.
Have you heard anyone ever say, “He could sell crap out of a brown paper bag?” These are those people.

Phone sales reps have mastered the phone smile because it encourages positive outcomes through a joyful tone.
Smiling can make you… a healthier you. It will simply make you and others feel better.
Not to mention it can help you live longer, relieve stress, and elevate mood.
Research has shown that smiling releases serotonin- a neurotransmitter that produces feelings of happiness and wellbeing. Smile, and you will feel happy, feel happy, and you will smile. It is like a circle of happiness.
Suppose you are not feeling great, genuinely smile and see how you feel. It is a critical ingredient in establishing healthy and sincere friendships. When someone is smiling at you, it indicates that they like you. When someone likes you, the typical response is mutual likeness. It offers encouragement to the person you are talking to. Think about it, if someone is smiling when you speak to them, you feel as if they are genuinely invested in what you are saying, encouraging you to continue. It makes you feel appreciated.
So, smile more… it is a great exercise to help you learn to smile more.
