The project is described as spanning up to 1,900 acres, supported by 345 kV transmission lines, and positioned to deliver up to 3.5 gigawatts of power by 2030. Granite City does not have a contiguous 1,900\u2011acre development area, does not have 345 kV transmission infrastructure, and has not taken any zoning or annexation action that resembles the timeline or scope described in Cloverleaf\u2019s materials.
