Roy Gene Higgins, 72, of Aurora, Ky., a native of Golden pond, Ky., passed away Wednesday, Dec. 30, 2015,
at Lourdes Hospital, Paducah, Ky.

Mr. Higgins was the owner of Granite City Honda in Granite City, Ill., and also worked as a mechanic for small engine repair. He was a lifetime member
of the American Motorcycle Association.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Raymond Higgins and Ocie Pearl Futrell; stepfather, Miles Sholar; and two brothers, Charles Higgins and
Gary Higgins.

Surviving are two daughters and their mother, Rene Tucker and husband Matthew of Paducah, Ky., Gina Brown husband Dale of Cadiz, Ky., and Ann
Fooshee Higgins of Cadiz, Ky.; two grandchildren, Garrett Brown and Lindsay Brown.

Visitation: The family will receive friends from 4 to 7 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 31, 2015, at Goodwin Funeral Home, 138 Main St., Cadiz, Ky.

Alfred Cullen Futrell, 75, of Granite City, IL passed away Monday, December 28, 2015 in St. Louis, MO.

He was born August 12, 1940 in Granite City, IL to Buffalo Bill and Vesta Lee (nee: Berkley) Futrell.

He married Angharad “Ann” (nee: Rogers) Futrell in Paducah, KY on April 24, 1965.

Alfred was a member of St. John’s Lutheran Church in Granite City, IL. He served in the United States Air Force and retired from Reliable Life Insurance
Company as an Insurance Agent. He was a dance instructor at Authur Murray, a DJ and an Elvis impersonator as a hobby.

He is survived by his wife, Angharad “Ann” (nee: Rogers) Futrell of Granite City, IL, two daughters, Serena (Vince) Freese and Nicole Futrell both of
Granite City, IL, son, Marty (fiancé, Shirley Rouggly) Johnson of Caseyville, IL, three grandchildren, Matthew Todd Burkey, Drake Morgan and Justice
Futrell, brother, Morris Futrell, two sisters, Anna Lee Cochran and Sue Crouch and best friends, John Gavlick, Bill Stearns (nephew) and Jerry Stearns
(nephew).

Besides his parents he was preceded in death by his brother, Brown Futrell and two sisters, Rosella Stearns and Kay Limberg.

Stephen G. Horvath, 97 of Granite City passed away peacefully on Monday, December 28, 2015 at the Life
Care Center in Florissant, Missouri surrounded by his family.

Stephen was born on April 4, 1918 in Washington Park, IL; a son of the late Stephen and Mary (Varga) Horvath. He was retired from Midwest Rubber
Recycling after 42 years and a member of Holy Family Catholic Church. The United States Army veteran proudly served his country in WW II. The Army
Staff Sergeant served in Algeria, French Moroco, Sicily, Normandy, Northern France, Ardennes, Rhine Land and in Central Europe. Stephen will be
remembered for the service to his country and all the special times he shared with his family and friends.

He is survived by and will be missed by his daughter; Mary Ann Horvath of Hazelwood, MO; his son, Steve and (Rolonda) Horvath of St. Peters, MO;
grandchildren, Stephen and (Joni) Horvath of St. Peters, MO, Jennifer Horvath of O'Fallon, MO, Lauren and (Phil) Ryan of O'Fallon, MO; great-

Richard Wade Chambers, 77 of Granite City passed away on Sunday, December 27, 2015 at his home
surrounded by his family.

Richard was born on July 25, 1938 in St. Louis; a son of the late Richard W. and Alice L. (Meyer) Chambers Roberts. Richard was the long time owner
and operator of Reliable Gas and proudly served his country in the United States Navy. He was a member of the Granite City Masonic Lodge #877 and
a Shriner for over 40 years. In his free time Richard enjoyed playing golf but most of all he loved to spend time with his family.

He is survived by and will be missed his wife; Carol (Johnson) Chambers; his son, Rick and (Delores) Chambers of Madison, IL; his daughter, Mary
and (Charles) McCoy of Granite City; grandchildren, Chelsea McCoy of Granite City, twins, Maddison McCoy and Rebecca McCoy both of Granite City;

Vincent “Vince” Starko, 61, of Granite City passed away Saturday, December 26, 2015 at his home.

He was born October 27, 1954 in Granite City to Mike and Betty (nee: Jackson) Starko. He married Suzanne Holten in March 27, 1998 in Edwardsville
although he celebrated their union since 1987. Vince retired in 2014 after serving as the Assistant Superintendent of Granite City Waste Water
Treatment Plant.  Vince enjoyed motorcycle riding, wood working and was an avid Chicago Bears Fan.

He is survived by his wife, Sue Starko of Granite City; three sons, Jason Starko of Pekin, IL, Benjamin (April) Starko of Maryville, IL and Josh (Elizabeth)
DuBoise of Rangely, CO; four grandchildren, Sonny, Indigo, Ty and Logan Starko; brother, Michael Starko of Granite City ;sister, Elizabeth (John)
Lengyel of Granite City and numerous friends and family that loved him.

He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Alex Starko.
The family will hold a celebration of his life 5-9 p.m. Saturday, January 2, 2016 at the Mexican Honorary Commission in Granite City. Cremation

Roger W. Hotson , 71 of Granite City passed away Saturday, December 26, 2015 at his home with his family
at his side.

He was born April 15, 1944 in Granite City to Roger G. and Bernice (nee: Heriford) Hotson. He married Evelyn “Eve” Chastain April 3, 1976 in Granite
City.

Roger was an Airforce Veteran that served his country during Vietnam. He worked for over 30 years as an Administrator at several local Nursing Home
and Rehab. Centers including Colonial Haven in Granite City, Weier Retirement Home in Swansea, IL and the Madison County Nursing Home in
Edwardsville where he worked for over 13 years. He worked as a maintenance man for Concordia Lutheran Church in Granite City for 18 years. Roger
was never one to sit still, when stopped working a formal full time job; he mowed lawns for many people. He spent much of the last 11 years working at
Irwin Chapel in Granite City where he did maintenance and worked as a driver and a first responder after death.

He is survived by his wife, Eve Hotson of Granite City; one daughter, Theresa (Jeff) Bergbrader of Granite City; two sons, Phillip (Aletta) Johnson of
Granite City and Wesley and (Kathy) Johnson of Fairview Heights and twelve grandchildren and 1 great grandchild and a sister, Trudie Hotson of
Granite City..

He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister, Leah Ann Hotson.

He was born Sept. 29, 1944 in East St. Louis, IL to the late Ralph Dean & Laverne Jeanette (Crosser) Wilson.On June 4, 1965, he and Margaret
Paulette Harper were married in Granite City.  She survives in Granite City.

Paul was a U.S. Army veteran, serving from 1961 to 1964.  He retired from Yale Security and was a member of West 22nd Street Baptist Church,
Disabled American Veterans and Paralyzed Veterans of America.

In addition to his wife of 50 years, he is survived by: 2 daughters, Dona Ann Wilson Stout of AR and Dawn Marie Wilson Paterson of Raymondville, MO,
a son, Eric Vincent Wilson Sr. of Granite City, 10 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren and 6 sisters, Yvonne Jeanette Andrews of Gulfport, MS, Gloria
Jean Boyd of Gaylock, VA, Janice Gayle Wilson Grayling of Posey, IL, Dolorice Diane Wilson Miller of Mulberry Grove, IL, Laura Laverne Wilson of
Greenville, IL and Lynn Kathleen Wilson of MS.

Raymond “Ray” Elmer Stuart, 55 of Granite City passed away Wednesday, December 23, 2015 in Granite
City with his family by his side.

He was born January 9, 1960 in Granite City. He married Deborah Podner September 12, 1981 in Norman, OK.

Ray was a man of strong faith and was a member of Word of Life Tabernacle Church in Granite City. Having served as a Marine, Ray had a deep sense
of pride for his country. He loved kids and animals, coffee, watching soccer and being in the great outdoors. An avid fisher and hunter, Ray always got
the biggest bucks. Above all, he loved family and his grandchildren were the light in his eyes.

He is survived by his wife, Deborah Stuart of Granite City; daughter, Lauren Stuart of Granite City; three grandchildren, Lyla, Edward and Benjamin
Lance all of Granite City; two brothers, Travis Collins of Casselberry, FL and Kenneth (Carol) Collins of Haines City, FL; two sisters, Kathy (Marty) Hart
of St. Louis, MO and Vicky Walton of Granite City; two brothers in law, Hal Walton and Don Bartow and many nieces and nephews.

David Ronald "Coop" Cooper, 64, of Granite City, Illinois passed away at 10:39 a.m. on Thursday, December

He was born May 8, 1951 in Granite City, a son of the late Clarence Ronald and Jacqueline Grayson (Kaiser) Cooper.

He worked for the City of St. Peters, Missouri with years of dedicated service as an inspector.

He was a dedicated member of the Granite City Eagles Aerie #1126 where he had served as a past president and chaplain. He was also a faithful
member of the Granite City VFW Post #1300 Men's Auxiliary where he enjoyed helping with the fish fry.

He loved his days of fishing, was an avid football enthusiast and also enjoyed watching baseball. He will be remembered for the love and special
times shared with his family and many friends.

He is survived by a brother and sister-in-law, William Craig and Anna Marie Cooper of Brighton; sister and brother-in-law, Leann and Phil Mercier of
Granite City; nephew, Jake Mercier; great niece, Sierra Cooper; other extended family and friends.

Joseph Martin "Joey" Dallas, 63, of Granite City, Illinois passed away at 12:00 noon on Thursday, December
24, 2015 at Gateway Regional Medical Center in Granite City.

He was born February 29, 1952 in East St. Louis, Illinois, a son of the late William A. and Irene A. (Ignac) Dallas Sr.

He married Roberta R. "Bobbie" (Pearce) Dallas on July 29, 1978 at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Madison and she survives.

He worked at Granite City Steel with 44 years of dedicated service as a steelworker. He was a member of St. Mary & St. Mark Parish in Madison.

He had a love for red cars and was a Corvette enthusiast. He enjoyed his many hunting trips and trips to the beach at Panama City, Florida. He loved
animals and cherished his many dogs through the years. He will be remembered for the love and special times shared with his family and friends.

He is survived by two daughters, Megan Dallas and Margaret "Maggie" Dallas of Granite City; two brothers and sisters-in-law, Bill and Judy Dallas of
Granite City and Thomas and Jessica Dallas of Pocahontas; niece and nephew, Olivia Dallas and Thomas "JJ" Dallas; brother-in-law, Bill Pearce of
Granite City; other extended family and many friends.

Kenneth Sherman Bone, 77, of Granite City, Illinois passed away at 8:45 a.m. on Wednesday, December 23,
2015 at his home with his loving family by his side.

He was born September 23, 1938 in Van Buren, Missouri, a son of the late Bentley and Donna (Harris) Bone.

He married Linda Elaine (McClelland) Bone on February 7, 1958 in Granite City and she survives.

In his early years, he had worked at Schirmer's Brothers Market in Madison. He retired in 1993 from Granite City Steel after 32 years of dedicated
service as a steelworker. In 2000 he had worked at Winner's Circle Hobby Shop in Pontoon Beach. Since January 14, 2002, he proudly served his
community as a funeral assistant and greeter at Irwin Chapel.

He was a dedicated and faithful member of Tri-City Assembly of God Church in Granite City.

He was an avid enthusiast of slot cars and racetracks and collected die cast NASCAR models. He loved sports and hockey and followed his St. Louis
Blues and Cardinals games. Christmas was a favorite time for Kenny and he always knew how to light the neighborhood with his Christmas
decorations. His grandchildren meant the world to him and he will be remembered for the love and special times shared with his entire family and
many friends.

In addition to his beloved wife of over 57 years, he is survived by two sons, Scott A. Bone and Darren K. Bone of Granite City; four grandchildren and a
spouse, Kenneth and Heather Bone, Nicholas Bone, Kelly Bone and Stormi Collins; a great grandson, Logan Bone; a sister, June Hecht of Granite
City; other extended family and friends.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a daughter-in-law, Janice Bone; three brothers, Oriel Bone, Harold "Bill" Bone and Harley Bone;

Rehab in Collinsville, IL.

He was born June 25, 1932 in Erin, TN to the late Carl H. & Lula Mae (Warfield) Clark Sr.
Mr. Clark was a US Airforce veteran. He owned and operated Clark Tire Disposal for many years.  He also played country music, starting at an early age

December 18, 2015, at Gateway Regional Medical Center in Granite City, IL.

She was born January 8, 1932 in Whiting, IN to Wendell M. and Nina J. (nee: Luger) Hartsell. Nancy had been an active member and former secretary
of Trinity Lutheran Church in St. Louis, MO, former journalist for 'The National Horseman' magazine, a world traveler following the U.S. Figure Skating
team with close friends including Russell Torino. She had a career at IBM starting as a secretary and rising to communications manager at IBM
National Headquarters in Georgia. Nancy was a lover of all animals great and small. She is survived by her son, Robert G. (Johann) Warsing,
grandson, William D. (Jodie) Warsing, granddaughters, Amelia Warsing , Shelby Warsing, and Rachel (Ron) Estes, great grandchildren, Bailee A.

Gloria Jean Harper, 67, of Granite City, IL, went home to be with the Lord at 5:12 a.m. Thurs. Dec. 17, 2015.

She was born Feb. 4, 1948 in Granite City to Margaret (Wilson) Harper of Granite City and the late Paul Harper.
Gloria worked for Consumer Programs Inc. “C.P.I.” as a digital imager for 47 years. She was an active member of West 22nd Street Baptist Church,
where she served as church organist, a Bible School and Sunday School teacher.

Aunt “Go-Go” as she was affectionately known to her family and adopted church kids loved to serve others, especially children, including nieces,
nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, great-great-nieces, great-great-nephews and the many other young lives she touched and held dear.

Robert Eugene Spanberger, 84, of Granite City, Illinois passed away at 8:15 a.m. on Monday, December 21,
2015 at his home.

He was born May 14, 1931 in Granite City, a son of the late Lawrence and Ella (Dean) Spanberger.

He married Elizabeth Jane (Hawk) Spanberger on October 1, 1954 in Granite City and she passed away on July 14, 2002.

He retired after 34 years in 1985 from Granite City Steel after 16 years as a crane operator and 18 years as a foreman.

He loved fishing and had a keen sense of where the fish were and how to catch them. He also enjoyed attending auctions and turkey shoots. He was a
fan of the St. Louis Cardinals. He will be remembered for the love and special times shared with his family and friends.

He is survived by a daughter, Laura Jane Spanberger of Granite City; three sons and a daughter-in-law, Daniel Spanberger of Pontoon Beach, Robert
Spanberger Jr. of Granite City and Michael Alan and Lisa A. Spanberger of Granite City; three grandchildren, Jodie McDowell, Michael Alan Spanberger
II and Bradley Tyler Spanberger; other extended family and many friends.

James L. Winters, 94, passed away at 1:30 am on December 16, 2015.

He was the son of the late James W. and Rua (Carter) Winters. He married the love of his life, Sylvia Creighton, on June 15, 1963 in Venice. She
preceded him in death in August of 2014.

He was proud of his service to his country in the United States Army Air Corps during World War II. After being discharged, he was employed at Al's
Television and Repair Shop in Granite City prior to joining the United States Postal Service. He loved Cardinal baseball and Rams football and was
glued to the television during baseball and football seasons.

In addition to his wife and parents, he was preceded in death by a brother Paul Wayne Winters and his wife Margaret, a sister, Helen Cox, and a

Alana S. "Ginger" Krieshok, 67 of Granite City passed away on Wednesday, December 16, 2015 at her home.

Ginger was born on October 13, 1948 in Granite City, a daughter of the late Peter G. and Ruth (Hagnauer) Krieshok. She was a long time client
representative at Marsh & McLennan Company in St. Louis. Ginger loved her career and had many interest outside of work that included the St. Louis
Symphony, reading and traveling. She enjoyed participating in trivia contest, helping environmental causes and animal rights. Ginger loved dogs,
music and was a huge St. Louis Cardinals fan. But most of all she enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. She will be remembered as a
dedicated professional and all the special times she shared with her family and friends.

She is survived by and will be missed by her sister; Paula and (Steve) Rodeffer of LaHarp, IL; her brothers, Thomas and (Peggy) Krieshok of Lenexa,
KS, Pete and (Mary Ellen) Krieshok of Granite City, Joseph and (Mary Beth) Krieshok of Granite City; numerous nieces, nephews and other extended

Robert "Bob" Lee Taylor, age 84, of Granite City, IL, passed away on Tuesday, December 15, 2015 at Barnes-
Jewish Hospital, St. Louis, MO.

Bob was born on July 22, 1931 in Dover, TN, a son of the late Charles and Pauline (Lane) Taylor.

Bob was a Korean War Veteran who proudly served his country in the United States Navy. On May 23, 1959, Bob married Geraldine "Gerri" Hubler, the
love of his life in Pinckneyville, IL. He was a faithful member of City Temple Church in Granite City, IL. Bob had retired from Granite City Steel as a
pipefitter in 1989 after many years of dedicated service. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, gardening and playing softball in his younger years. His greatest
joy was spending time with his family, especially with his grandchildren, whom he adored. Bob will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved him.

In addition to his parents, Bob was preceded in death by his brother, Edward Taylor.

He is survived by his loving wife, Gerri Taylor of Granite City, IL; dears sons, Dave (Jamie) Taylor, Jeff (Megan) Taylor and Greg (Marissa) Taylor all of

Greenville, Missouri.

He was born October 20, 1995 in Maryville, the son of James W. and Angie (Helm) Hudson.

Jimmy was a student attending Southern Illinois University in Edwardsville. He was a 2014 graduate of Granite City High School where he was active
with the golf team and was on the National Honor Society. He enjoyed traveling, watching movies and being with his family and friends.

She married Bill Eugene Hooker on September 5, 1992 at St. John United Church of Christ in Granite City and he survives.

She was employed as a payroll deduction clerk at Granite City Steel with over 30 years of dedicated service.

She enjoyed working word puzzles and picture puzzles. She loved nature and the outdoors and made many memories on her many camping and
canoe trips. She will be remembered for the love and special times shared with her family and many friends.

In addition to her beloved husband, she is survived by her mother and stepfather, Esther Lorraine (Chastain) and John A. Schmiz of Granite City; one
son, Tyler Hooker of Granite City; sister, Lori Jones of Granite City; half-sister, Teresa Clement-Rarick of Granite City; step-sisters, Debbie Blackburn of

She was a dedicated member of Trinity United Methodist Church in Granite City where she enjoyed volunteering her time for various functions,
especially TWIGS and FIGS. She will be remembered for the love and special times shared with her family and friends.

Marlene Catherine Miller (nee Blumenstock), 84, of Granite City, IL, formerly of Venice, IL, died Dec. 2, 2015 at
Anderson Hospital in Maryville, IL.   

She was born May 29, 1931 in Venice, IL to the late Lloyd & Mary (Richardson) Blumenstock.   On Sept. 10, 1949, she and James Francis Miller Sr.
were married in Venice.  He preceded her in death on Oct. 23, 2012.   Marlene was a member of Holy Family Catholic Church, Gateway Regional
Medical Center Auxiliary, Women in Travel of Greater St. Louis, TWA Seniors Club and a lifetime member of The Venice History Committee.  She will be
remembered for her generous heart and time spent with her family and friends.  She was lovingly referred to as Grandma, Nana and Queenie by her
family and extended family.   Marlene enjoyed her career with Trans World Airlines.  Upon retirement from TWA, with her ambitious spirit, she continued
to share her knowledge and passion for travel as a consultant.  She especially loved riverboat cruises with her husband on the Mississippi.    Survivors

She married William O. Cauble on June 12, 1945 in Granite City and he passed away on September 23, 1983.

She had worked at the Granite City Press Record. She was a member of Holy Family Catholic Church, a member of Weight Watchers and a member of
N.A.R.F.E.

She enjoyed working with crafts and will be remembered for the love and special times shared with her family and friends.

She is survived by a daughter, Marge Robbins-Black of Granite City; two sons and daughters-in-law, Stephen L. and Mary Cauble of Granite City and

Emma M. McGahan, 100 of Granite City passed away on Thursday, December 3, 2015 at Gateway Regional
Medical Center in Granite City.

Emma was born on April 9, 1915 in Madison, IL; a daughter of the late John and Mary (Petras) Oldal. Emma was a life long homemaker who loved to
bowl and did so until she was 98. She was proud of the fact that she had her driver's license and was still driving at the age of 100. Emma had a gentle
heart and will be remembered for the love of her family and all the special times they shared together.

Blacksmith. He proudly served his country in the U.S. Navy and was an accomplished sculptor. David was known as a "tech geek" for his love of
computers and enjoyed reading comic books. David will be remembered for his unique personality and all the special times he shared with his family

William A. Tegel, 85 of Granite City passed away on Wednesday, December 2, 2015 at Gateway Regional
Medical Center in Granite City surrounded by his family.

William was born on July 2, 1930 in St. Louis; a son of the late Joseph and Marie (Thomas) Tegel. He gave 38 years to Granite City Steel as a
metallurgist and proudly served his country in the U.S. Marines in the Korean War. William enjoyed taking care of his garden and was known for being
a woodworking craftsman. In his free time he liked to BBQ and make sausage and bread. Most of all he loved to spend time with his family. He will be
remembered for his kind heart and all the special times they shared together.

He is survived by and will be missed by his wife; Stella (Hickam) Tegel, whom he married on October 2, 1954; his daughter, Paula and (William) Smith
of Granite City; his sons, Tim Tegel of Granite City, Larry and (Barb) Tegel of Glen Carbon, Dan Tegel of Wildwood, MO; grandchildren, Ben, Steve,

Richard R. Carper, 59 of Edwardsville passed away on Monday, November 30, 2015 at Anderson Hospital in
Maryville surrounded by his family.

Richard was born on May 11, 1956 in Granite City. He gave over 25 years as a manager and a server at Andria's Steak House in O'Fallon. Richard
enjoyed being outside riding his motorcycle or his ATV. He liked to boat, race cars and was a huge St. Louis Blues and St. Louis Cardinals fan. He
enjoyed the St. Louis Rams, especially when Kurt Warner was quarterback. Most of all he enjoyed spending time with his family just being together
playing cards or board games. Richard will be remembered for his kind heart and all the special times he shared with his family and friends.

He is survived by and will be missed by his wife; Kathryn (Widel) Carper, whom he married on August 4, 1979 in Granite City; his son, Rich Carper of

service. She was an avid St. Louis Cardinals fan. Her favorite player was Yadier Molina. She loved to play bingo. She enjoyed her yard and loved her
flowers. Her children and grandchildren were the love of her life. She is survived by her loving husband; Kerry Brumley; mother, Louise Barker; 2

Anthony was born on January 4, 1933 in St. Louis, MO, a son of the late Anthony Centerino Sr. and Susan (Tulo) Centerino.

On May 3, 1968, Anthony married Evelyn Benson, the love of his life, in St. Louis, MO and Evelyn passed away on September 13, 1980. Anthony was a
faithful member of Hope Lutheran Church in Granite City, IL. He had retired from the Granite City Park District as a maintenance painter after seventeen
years of dedicated service. Anthony enjoyed painting and watching wrestling. His greatest joy was spending time with his family, especially with his
grandchildren, whom he adored. Anthony will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved him.

In addition to his parents and wife, Anthony was preceded in death by his brother, Sam Centerino; three sisters, Frances McGannon, Mary Roam and

Raymond A. "Ray" Schaus, 85, of Granite City, Illinois was called home at 8:30 a.m. on Sunday, November
29, 2015. He was born September 19, 1930 in Lemay, Missouri, a son of the late William and Anna
(Bueltmann) Schaus.

He married Glenda Lee (Page) Schaus on April 8, 1950 in St. Louis and she passed away on April 22, 2007.

Ray worked as a Servisoft owner, delivered the St. Louis Post Dispatch and worked as a partner with his son, Danny, for the Insta Rain Irrigations
Systems.

The United States Marine Corp veteran proudly served his country as a Sergeant during the Korean War and was awarded the Bronze Star and Purple
Heart medals and was also the recipient of the Korean Service and United Nations medals.

He was a dedicated member of Holy Family Parish in Granite City. Ray enjoyed watching the Cardinals, Rams, Blues and college basketball. He also
loved eagle watching with his children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.

He was an avid reader, enjoyed the symphony and the Three Tenors were his favorite. He was happiest when he had any part of his large family
visiting him. His voice soothed every grandchild he proudly held. He will be remembered for the love and special times shared with his family and
friends.

He is survived by five sons daughters-in-law, Dave Schaus of Granite City, Richard and Vicki Schaus of Granite City, Robert and Cindy Schaus of
Granite City, Dan and Carolyn Schaus of Granite City and Michael and Lora Schaus of Cahokia; two daughters and sons-in-law, Cheryl and Ricky Moe
of Granite City and Susan and Greg Faulkner of Granite City; twenty one grandchildren; twenty six great grandchildren; sister-in-law, Marily Schaus of St.
Louis; other extended family and friends.

In addition to his beloved wife and parents, he was preceded in death by a daughter, Anne Marie Benz; daughter-in-law, Kathie Schaus and a brother,
Harold Schaus.

He married Linda (Shelton) Shepard on March 22, 1991 in Edwardsville and she survives.

He worked at Prairie Farms with 16 years of dedicated service in the warehouse.

He served his country with the United States Navy.

He enjoyed his days of watching football and playing the drums and was a avid fan of the Arizona Cardinals. He will be remembered for the love and
special times shared with his family and friends.

The United States Army veteran proudly served his country during the Vietnam War.

He was a member of the AMVETS Post #51 and enjoyed collecting coins and watching sports. He enjoyed life and will be remembered for the love and
special times shared with his family and friends.

He is survived by a son and daughter-in-law, Kelly Don and Maria Wofford of Troy, Illinois; a grandson, Damon Wofford; a brother, Larry Allen Wofford of

Thomas Michael Shipley, also known as Tom, Mike, Orca or simply 'Ship".

Tom was born on October 9, 1957 in Granite City, IL, a son of the late Robert C. Shipley and Patricia A. Shipley, nee: Ryan. Tom left the Granite City
Community on November 25, 2015.

On December 30, 1994, Tom married Shelly, the love of his life in Granite City, IL. Tom had worked at Mears Group in Collinsville, IL as a payroll tax
accountant. He was a loving, caring, big hearted soul who will be missed by many. A lot of people knew him from the Granite City Park District, whether
it was running programs such as youth football and basketball, or umpiring youth and adult baseball and softball. Tom impacted the lives of countless
youth in the community. Granite City lost one of their very best citizens. He also had a strong love of the Miami Dolphins, North Carolina Tar Heels and
the St. Louis Cardinals. Tom loved life, he loved to laugh, but most of all he loved his family and friends. His greatest joy was his grandchildren, whom
he adored more than anything.

Tom is survived by his loving wife, Vivian Rochelle "Shelly" Shipley, nee: Pohlman; dear children, Robert (Jamie Freeman) Shipley, Amy (Robbie
Foreshee) Shipley, Anthony Barrios, and R.J. (Brittany) Barrios; proud grandfather to Kayden Barrios, Saleen Scaturro, Karter Barrios and Tyler
Foreshee; mother-in-law, Charlene Pohlman; brother and sister-in-law, Robert "Bobby" and Margaret Shipley; aunts and uncle, Nadine Ryan and
Sandy and Larry Richie; along with many many cousins, nieces, nephews, extended family and a plethora of friends that he gained throughout the

Warren D. Collins, 84, of Granite City, Illinois passed away at 10:50 a.m. on Sunday, November 22, 2015 at
Meridian Village Care Center in Glen Carbon.

He was born July 15, 1931 in Gallatin, Missouri, the son of the late Allen Jesse and Anna Virgie (Dunn) Collins.

He married Mildred (Hart) Collins on December 26, 1955 in Murphysboro, Illinois and she survives.
They had three sons and six grandchildren.

The United States Navy veteran proudly served his country as a meteorologist during the Korean War.

He was an educator and school administrator. He taught history and government at the high schools in Murphysboro and Granite City, Illinois, later
becoming a school administrator in Granite City. He served as principal of Prather Jr. High School, Logan and Webster elementary schools and as
director of the gifted program and curriculum director for the school district.

He enjoyed reading and traveling. He was a skilled woodworker, a maker of furniture and clocks. He also enjoyed photography. He specialized in
nature photography and especially liked photographing birds. He was a devoted family man and loved spending time with his children and
grandchildren.

He was an active and faithful member of Niedringhaus United Methodist Church in Granite City.

In addition to his beloved wife of 59 years, he is survived by two sons and daughters-in-law, Curt and Charlene Collins and their children, Eric, Evan
and Emily, of Florissant, Missouri and Patrick and Chris Collins and their children, Danielle, Jacklyn and Phillip, of Collinsville; a niece, Laura Aerne;
other extended family and many friends.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by their son in 2008, Allen H. Collins whom served as an attorney in Collinsville; a sister and

Patricia was a faithful member of St. Jerome Catholic Church in Troy, IL. She had worked for Sam Wolfe Realty and was Sam's Legislative Aid for over
thirty years when he was a State Representative. Patricia had also worked and retired as an Administrative Assistant for Niedringhaus United
Methodist Church in Granite City, IL. Patricia loved life, she loved to laugh, but most of all she loved her family. Her greatest joy was spending time with
her family and friends. She will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved her.

In addition to her parents, Patricia was preceded in death by her husband, Theodore Mushill Sr.; daughter, Jolene Houston; and two brothers, Charles
Dittrich Jr. and Thomas Dittrich.

Regional Medical Center in Granite City.

He was born September 14, 1949 in Loretto, Tennessee to Ivrian and Reba (nee; Hines) Hunt. He married Tracy October 27, 2006 she preceded him
in death May 5, 2010. Fred was a Teamster and drove for Laidlaw many years.
He was also preceded in death by his parents and two brothers, Anthony and Lester Hunt.
He is survived by two brothers, Clifford (Debbie) Hunt of Arnold, MO and David (Christine) Hunt of St. Peters, MO; Barbara Krause of Granite City, Carol
(Roger) Pitts of Livingston, IL and Rebecca (Chris) Duff of Collinsville and two step sons Sean and Devon of Missouri. Also many nieces and nephews
that he loved dearly, and was loving known to them as “Fruncle” .

Village in Glen Carbon.

Patricia was born on April 9, 1926 in St. Paul, MN; a daughter to the late Elmer and Olive (Brosvik) Havenor. She gave over 25 years to the U.S.
Government as a payroll clerk retiring in 1980. She was a member of St. John Lutheran Church in Granite City, volunteered her time to the Women's
Service Guild and the Granite City Chapter of the A.A.R.P. She was a volunteer Braille Transcriber, a member of the Senior Circle, the Granite City
Senior Social Club, volunteered at Gateway Regional Medical Center Gift Shop and in her free time she loved playing pinochle and spending time with
her family and friends.

She is survived by and will be missed by her daughters; Sharon and (Joe) Mangiaracino of Glen Carbon, IL, Barbara and (Dan) Lowery of Crown Point,
IN; son, Robert and (Cindy) Azari of Kiawah Island, SC; grandchildren, Katie and (Tony) Petralia, Chris and (Amy) Lowery, Gabby Azari, Zach Azari; 5

He had a special love for motorcycles. He was a Harley-Davidson enthusiast and enjoyed his days of ATV riding and offroading. He cherished his

Edward L. "Ed" McGovern, 82 of Palmyra, IL formerly of Granite City passed away on Thursday, November
12, 2015 at Carlinville Area Hospital.

Ed was born on February 6, 1933 in Granite City; a son to the late Terry and Etta Marie (Vance) McGovern. Ed gave over 23 years to the Granite City Fire
Department retiring in 1983 as an Assistant Chief. He was a member of the Local Carpenters Union #633; Past President of the Granite City Eagles
Lodge; Palmyra Community Club President; past President of the Firemans Local #253; coached baseball and football; was a 4 time golden gloves
boxer and 2 tome champion; went to state competition as a high school wrestler; earned a football scholarship to the University of Arizona; volunteered
to teach children to read; attended Gilead Baptist Church in Hettick, IL and in his free time he enjoyed hunting and fishing. But most of all he loved to
spend time with his family. Ed will be remembered for his kind heart and all the special times he shared with his family and friends.

He is survived by and will be missed by his wife; Carey "Gale" (King) McGovern, whom he married on June 5, 1983; his children, Karen and (Mark)
Buenger of Glen Carbon, IL, Kathy and (Bert) Kinney of Florissant, MO, Karol and (Mike) Hagnauer of Granite City, Kris McGovern of Granite City, Todd

On December 29, 1984, David married Melissa Keltner, the love of his life, in Granite City, IL. David worked for Schnucks Bakery in St. Louis, MO as a
baker for over twenty years. He enjoyed fishing and riding motorcycles. His greatest joy was spending time with his family and friends. David will be
sadly missed by all who knew and loved him.

David was preceded in death by his father, David Staggs.

He is survived by his devoted wife, Melissa Staggs; loving daughters, Amy (Steven) Bailey and Ashley Staggs; dear mother, Barbara Langley; brother,

Hallie Sichling, age 83, of Granite City, IL, passed away on Friday, November 6, 2015, at Gateway Medical
Center, Granite City, IL, with her loving family by her side.

Hallie was born on January 31, 1932 in Birdspoint, MO, a daughter of the late Frank and Ruth (France) Baugh.

On February 18, 1950, Hallie Baugh married Loren Sichling, the love of her life, in Piggott, AR. She was a faithful and dedicated member of Granite City
Church of God. Hallie was a homemaker who loved taking care of her family. Every Monday afternoon Hallie looked forward to playing Hand & Foot card
games with her family. She loved life, she loved to laugh, but most of all she loved her family. Her greatest joy was spending time with her family, whom
she adored. Hallie will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved her.

In addition to her parents, Hallie was preceded in death by three brothers, Art, Tom and Puddy Baugh and a son-in-law, Sam Dymas.

Charles G. "Chuck" Worster, 86, of Granite City, Illinois passed away at 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday, November 3,
2015 at The Fountains in Granite City.

He was born December 1, 1928 in Granite City, a son of the late George Worster and Ida Mae (Pfeiffer) King. He married Shirley Jean (Weir) Worster on
March 16, 1951 at the Third Baptist Church in Granite City and she passed away on November 1, 2007. He retired in 1994 from the St. Louis Housing
and Urban Development after over 20 years of dedicated service as an inspector. The United States Navy veteran proudly served his country during the
Korean War. Chuck was a dedicated and faithful member of Calvary Baptist Church in Granite City where he had served many years as a Deacon. He
was a member of the National Active and Retired Federal Employees Association and many pinochle clubs. He enjoyed working with stained glass
and collecting stamps and coins. He loved his grandchildren and enjoyed attending their many sporting events. He will be remembered for the love
and special times shared with his family and friends. He is survived by two daughters and sons-in-law, Kimberly S. and Paul Hoff of O'Fallon, Illinois
and Kellye S. and Brian Holtgrave of St. Rose, Illinois; one son and daughter-in-law, Kevin S. and Sonia Worster of Granite City; eight grandchildren,

and then when on to work at Petri's Café in Granite City as a cook. Sheryl will be remembered for her kind heart and unique personality and the many

Phyllis A. McCoy Meyer, life-time resident of Pontoon Beach, died the 27th of October, 2015 in her home.

Born in 1942, she graduated from Granite City Senior High in 1960. Phyllis worked at Zamaroni’s Tavern, Brown Shoe Company, International Shoe,
the ARCOM, Hucks, and Leroy’s Market.
Phyllis loved socializing and spending time with her family, friends, and other graduates of GCHS. She also enjoyed camping, game-playing, and her
friends at the YMCA.
She is survived by her sisters, Barbara (McCoy) Siegfried, Nancy (McCoy) Davis, and Lynn McCoy; step-son Steven Meyer, daughters Pamela (Meyer)
Alexander and Patricia Meyer; grandchildren Ashton, Crishaena, Gregory, Josie, Jessica, Anna, and Ashley.

Barns Jewish Hospital in St. Louis, MO.

He was born December 15, 1963 in Granite City, IL to John William and Virginia E. (nee: Rector) Apperson.
David was a graduate of Granite City High School South, and San Francisco Culinary School. He lived in San Francisco, CA for 20 yrs., Saudi Arabia 2
yrs., and New Orleans 2yrs. David was a world traveler, great thinker, avid disc golf player, and loved cooking. He worked as a chef at Washington
University in St. Louis, MO. and was also a life member of the Society American Magicians.
He was a wonderful son, brother and a kind soul.

Craig A. Nonn, 69 of Granite City passed away on Friday, October 30, 2015 at Meridian Village in Glen Carbon
surrounded by his family.

Craig was born on October 26, 1946 in Granite City; a son of the late Robert G. and Marian E. (Williams) Nonn (Yelinek). Craig began his career in law
enforcement at Southwestern Illinois College, earning an Associate in Applied Science Law Enforcement Degree. Craig was a dedicated law
enforcement officer for the Granite City Police Department for over 17 years. He later went on to serve at the East St. Louis Federal Court House for 10
years from 1998 to 2007 finishing as a lead court security officer and worked with the United States Marshall's Office. Craig then joined the team at the
St. Louis Federal Court House from 2007 until his retirement in 2013. He was a member of Holy Family Catholic Church in Granite City; a member of
the Granite City Elks Lodge #1063; Granite City Knights of Columbus Council #1098; AmVets Post #204 in Madison and proudly served his country in
the United States Air Force during the Vietnam War. Craig will be remembered for the service to his country, his community and all the special times he
shared with his family and friends.

He is survived by and will be missed by his wife; Marlene E. (Mann) Nonn, whom he married on February 13, 1971; his son, Scott A. and (Stacy) Nonn
of Granite City; his brother, Stephen P. and (Sue) Nonn of Granite City; his grandson, Tyler A. Nonn of Granite City and many other extended family
members and friends.

She married Ernest L. Stevenson on April 23, 1958 in Granite City and he passed away on April 28, 1996.

She was a dedicated homemaker, always caring for her family. She was a faithful member of Temple Baptist Church in Madison where she taught
Sunday school and Bible school for many years. She was a member of the Independent Order of Foresters and the Worden Family Seekers.

She was an avid reader and enjoyed playing bingo and her many days of bowling which she had received many awards and trophies for throughout the
years. She will be remembered for the love and special times shared with her family and friends.

She is survived by three daughters, Michele Lonette Gouy and husband, John Gouy of Granite City, Marcella Stevenson-Hurley and husband, Terry
Hurley of Worden and Erna Jane Hutton and husband, Gary Erwin of Worden; one son, Michael L. Stevenson of Staunton; eight grandchildren, Dr.

Jack B. Scarborough, 86, of Granite City, Illinois passed away at 11:25 a.m. on Sunday, October 25, 2015 at
Gateway Regional Medical Center in Granite City.

He was born August 18, 1929 in Granite City, a son of the late Walter and Maxine (Coy) Scarborough.

He married Jeannine D. (Romann) Scarborough on November 22, 1950 in Granite City and she survives.

He retired in 1987 from Granite City Steel after 39 years of dedicated service as a steelworker.

The United States Army veteran proudly served his country during the Korean War and was a recipient of the Purple Heart and numerous other awards
and medals.

He was a member of St. Peter's Evangelical United Church of Christ in Granite City and the American Legion. He had a special love of sports, loved
playing baseball and golfing, his years of coaching baseball and little league football and was a member of the Granite City Sports Hall of Fame. He
had played Minor League baseball with the New York Giants after graduation from Granite City High School. He also enjoyed his days of fishing and
will be remembered for the love and special times shared with his family and friends.

In addition to his beloved wife of nearly 65 years, he is survived by a daughter and son-in-law, Jill and Howard Etherton of Granite City; two sons and
daughters-in-law, Jack A. and Linda Scarborough of Edwardsville and Jeff and Tamra Scarborough of Edwardsville; eight grandchildren and their

Shirley was born on August 8, 1926 in Madison, IL, a daughter of the late Charles A. Lybarger and Nancy (Jones) Lybarger.

Shirley was a dedicated and faithful member of Holy Family Catholic Church in Granite City, IL. She had worked as a loan officer for GMAC Mortgage
Company; she also worked as a receptionist at Gateway Medical Center in Granite City, IL. Shirley loved life, she loved to laugh, but most of all she
loved her family and friends. Her greatest joy was taking care of her family; whom she was very proud of. Shirley will be sadly missed by all who knew
and loved her.

In addition to her parents, Shirley was preceded in death by a grandson, Scott Anthony Rapoff and a great-grandson, Bo Michael Rapoff and three

Tony Kristoff, 77, of Granite City, Illinois passed away at 2:35 a.m. on Friday, October 23, 2015 at his home.

He was born August 17, 1938 in Greece, a son of the late Risto Terziovski and Stavrula (Zupani) Terziovska.

He married Kathy (Tsangas) Kristoff on May 1, 1965 in Romania and she survives.

He retired in 2003 from American Steel after 22 years of dedicated service as a machinist. He enjoyed his days of gardening and tinkering.

In addition to his beloved wife, he is survived by two sons and daughters-in-law, Jim and Edie Terziovski of Granite City and Steve and Rhonda Kristoff
of Tacoma, Washington; one daughter and son-in-law, Slava and Mark Dilday of Granite City; ten grandchildren, Alex, Sean, Luke and Samantha Dilday,
Katie, Kyle and Emma Terziovski and Ian, Madison and Conor Kristoff; many nieces; nephews; other extended family and friends.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Jim Kristoff.

In celebration of his life, visitation will be at Irwin Chapel, 3960 Maryville Road in Granite City on Tuesday, October 27, 2015 from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.
m. where funeral services will be at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, October 28, 2015 with Father Andrew Moulton officiating.

Burial will be at Sunset Hill Memorial Estates in Glen Carbon, Illinois.

Francisco Basa Dioneda, M.D., 91, of Granite City, Ill., born April 25, 1924, in Bicol, Philippines, died
Thursday, Oct. 22, 2015, at his home.

Dr. Dioneda, a general practitioner and surgeon on the staff at St. Elizabeth Medical Center, retired from private practice after 33 years in 1993. He
finished his medical education at St. Tomas University, in Manila, Philippines. He went through a rotating internship and residency at Lutheran Hospital
and Barnes Hospital in St. Louis, Mo. Dr. Dioneda was a former president of the Madison County Medical Society and the Tri-City Medical Society. He
had been chief of the Medical Staff at SEMC, chief of the SEMC Department of Family Practice and a member of various committees of the medical
center. He was also a member of the Board of Directors of Roosevelt Bank, Elks Lodge 1063 in Granite City, and Holy Family Catholic Church, Granite
City.

Dr. Dioneda was preceded in death by his parents, Victoriano and Mercedes, nee Basa, Dioneda; brothers, Salvador, Roque, and Angel Dioneda; and
sisters, Jean Reyes and Lulu Tanedo.

Surviving are his wife of nearly 60 years, Donna Marie, nee Ford, Dioneda; sons, Steven "Ann" Dioneda of Webster Groves, Mo., Kerry Dioneda of
Roscoe, Ill., Randy Dioneda of Roscoe, Ill., and Greg "Kari" Dioneda of Granite City, Ill.; sisters, Lily Hernandez of St. Johns, Ind., Ramona Williams of
Pasay City, Philippines; ten grandchildren; and five great- grandchildren.

Care Center, Edwardsville, IL.

Sandra was born on December 11, 1937 in Granite City, IL, a daughter of the late Louis Mehl and Retha D. (Warren) Mehl.

On August 10, 1963, Sandra Mehl married Gene Reinhardt, the love of her life, at the First Presbyterian Church in Granite City, IL. She had worked at Tri-
City Grocery and worked for Owens Illinois and Georgia Pacific as a shipping supervisor for many years. Sandra was a faithful and dedicated member
of the First Presbyterian Church in Granite City, IL. She loved life, she loved to laugh, but most of all she loved her family. Her greatest joy was spending
time with her family and friends. Sandra will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved her.

In addition to her parents, Sandra was preceded in death by two dear children, Douglas Reinhardt and Pamela Nelson and a dear grandson, Robert

She was born Nov. 11, 1935 in Granite City to the late William Franklin & Carmi (Weeks) Easley.

Bonnie was an outgoing entrepreneur, always willing to give something a try. She started and owed many local businesses, including: The Port Room
Salon as a beautician in Madison for 24 years, Jim-N-I Furniture, Lic’s Frozen Custard. She also served the area as Realtor for many years.

Survivors include: husband Jim Ridings, 3 daughters, Judy (Jerry Poole) Browning, Holly (Ed) Diedrich and Jana Boring, all of Granite City, son,
Stephen (Jenny) Ridings of Alton, 5 grandchildren, Cathy Roberts, Greg Roberts, Jodi (Darrin) Singleton, Amy Boring & Baylee Ridings, 6 great-
grandchildren, Ashley Johnson, Kyle Johnson, Ryan Roberts, Adams Roberts, Alexandra Singleton & Toby Singleton and a great-great-grandchild,

James L. Nelson, age 68, of Granite City, IL, passed away on Wednesday, October 21, 2015 at his home.

Jim was born on June 4, 1947 in Dover, TN, a son to the late Charles Nelson and Ruphine (Miles) Springer.

Jim's family moved from Dover, TN to Lincoln Place in Granite City, IL when Jim was a child. He had fond memories and made many lifelong friends in
Lincoln Place. Jim was a Vietnam Veteran who proudly served his country in the United States Army. On September 26, 1980, Jim married Carol
Cralley, the love of his life, in Granite City, IL. He had retired from Lucent Technologies as a telecommunications installer after thirty-six years of service.
Jim had coached his son's baseball and soccer teams for over seventeen seasons. Jim loved fishing; he was also the owner of Jimbo's Jigs. Jim and
Carol handmade the Jigs and sold them online. His greatest joy was spending time with his family. Jim will be sadly missed by all who knew and
loved him.

In addition to his parents, Jim was preceded in death by his stepfather, William Springer; and his sister, Sharon Nelson.

He is survived by his devoted wife, Carol Nelson of Granite City, IL; dear sons, Ron (Nina) Law of Highland, IL, Richard (Nila) Nelson, Bradley Nelson

Jeanine was a member of the First Baptist Church in Festus, MO. She loved life, she loved to laugh, but most of all she loved her family and friends.

Alan Sabol, 45, of Granite City, Illinois, passed away at 2:22 am on Tuesday, October 20, 2015, after a long
illness.

He was born September 25, 1970 in Granite City, Illinois, a son of Linda Lee (Rash) Sabol and the late Leonard Andrew Sabol.

He married Lani (Tucker) Sabol on December 26th, 1998 in St. Louis, Missouri, and they have two amazing children – a son, Jackson Tucker Sabol
(10), and a daughter, Lexington Len Sabol (6).

Jeff was a graduate of Granite City High School and studied music at Southern Illinois University – Edwardsville.

He was a talented and dedicated musician throughout his life. Jeff started performing professionally in high school. He was the lead singer and guitar
player for the band SABLE for many years. He not only performed music, but he wrote, recorded, produced, and engineered music for many years as
well. Jeff was a member of the Country music Association (CMA), The Academy of Country music, (ACM), and he supported Operation Troop Aid. Jeff
has not only traveled and performed across the United States, but he has performed across the world in Europe and the Middle East. He performed
more than 200 shows a year in the Metro East area alone. He enjoyed his days of traveling and performing, but most of all, he cherished spending time
with his children, family, and friends.

In addition to his mother, wife, and children, Jeff is survived by a brother, Christopher Paul Sabol of Granite City; two sisters and brothers-in-law, Laura
Ann and Travis Revelle of St. Louis and Lisa Marie and Travis Catron of Granite City; brother-in-laws Kelvin Boyd Tucker (Beatrice) and Anthony Boyd
Tucker; mother-in-law Gwendolyn LynetteTucker, maternal grandmother, Erma Lee Rash of Granite City; loving friend, Valerie Winchester of Granite

Lee E. Ashby, 91 of Granite City passed away on Monday, October 19, 2015 at Gateway Regional Medical
Center in Granite City surrounded by his family.

Lee was born on September 18, 1924 in Noble, AR; a son of the late Milan "Pete" and Marjorie (Hart) Ashby. Lee started his career in teaching in
Arkansas and then went on to Madison High School where he taught business until his retirement in 1988. After his teaching career he gave 10 years
to Laclede Steel as a security officer. Lee was a member of Clark Avenue Church of Christ in Granite City, joining in 1955 and in his free time he
enjoyed spending time with his family. Lee will be remembered for his kind and loving heart and all the special times he shared with his family and
friends.
He is survived by and will be missed by his wife of over 69 years; Oleda (Clampit) Ashby, whom he married on September 18, 1946; his children, Larry
Ashby of St. Charles, MO, Ronnie Ashby of Granite City, Stephen and (Jennifer) Ashby of Chickamauga, GA, Mike and (Lori) Ashby of Granite City, Nancy

Harry Arthur Logan, 82, of Granite City, Illinois passed away at 7:24 a.m. on Monday, October 19, 2015 at St.
Luke's Hospital in Chesterfield, Missouri.

He was born May 5, 1933 in Granite City, the son of the late Harry and Marjorie (Arthur) Logan.

He married Jacqueline "Jackie" Ann (Linkeman) Logan on November 16, 1957 at St. John United Church of Christ in Granite City and she survives.

He retired in 1992 from Granite City Steel after 37 years of dedicated service as a millwright. He and his wife had also owned and operated Jackie's
Dairy Cone in Granite City for several years.

He was a member of St. John United Church of Christ. Harry was a polio survivor from 1934 and has lived life to its fullest and always told others, "Ya
gotta laugh". Always up to party, loved to dance, tell his stories and make others laugh. The outdoorsman that he was, he enjoyed his days of fishing,
camping, traveling and horseraces. Later in life was always on the move on his scooter around town or making a visit to a casino. He will be
remembered for the love and special times shared with his family and many friends.

In addition to his loving and devoted wife of over 57 years, he is survived by two beloved daughters and sons-in-law, Cathy and Steve Laub and Lori and
Tim Anderson; four cherished grandchildren, Brittney Laub (Sean Barnes), Nathan (Michelle) Laub, Natalie Anderson and Lauren Laub; a cherished
great grandson, Logan Barnes; a sister and brother-in-law, Mattie and George Sotiroff; a sister-in-law, Deborah Duffield, all of Granite City; several

William M. "Bill" Kozyak, 88, of Glen Carbon and longtime resident of Granite City, Illinois passed away at
Relais Bonne eau Hospice House in Edwardville on at 2:37 a.m. on Sunday, October 18, 2015.

He was born April 15, 1927 in Metese, Missouri, a son of the late Mathew and Rose (Pare) Kozyak.

He married Marilyn (Greene) Kozyak on April 17, 1948 at the First Presbyterian Church in Granite City and she survives.

He was the owner and operator of Kozyak Grocery Store in Granite City from 1950 until 1988. Bill's business experience and knowledge was
instrumental to his son, Bob, starting Bobby's Frozen Custard in 1990.

The United States Marine Corp veteran proudly served his country during World War II. He was a trainer of Quarter Horses and had won many awards
throughout Illinois and Missouri. Bill was of the Presbyterian faith and was a member of the Chamber of Commerce, had served as president of the
Park District, served on the Board of Directors of the American Heritage Bank, a member of the Moose Lodge, Eagles Aerie and Elks Lodge, all in
Granite City. He will be remembered for the love and special times shared with his family and friends.

In addition to his beloved wife, he is survived by two sons, John Wesley Kozyak and wife, Barbara Silverman of Miami, Florida and Robert William and
Debbie Kozyak of Caseyville; a daughter and son-in-law, Kathleen and Robert Jackstadt of Glen Carbon; six grandchildren, Justin Kozyak, Dr. Benjamin
Kozyak and wife, Dr. Katherine Jones, Jeremy Kozyak, Zhanell and husband, Tyler Enloe, Bryson and wife, Aimee Jackstadt and Quincy Jackstadt and

Marcus was born on November 30, 1998 in Wood River; a son to Ben and Bonda (Anderson) Gordon Jr. Marcus was an 11th grade student at
Coordinated Youth who enjoyed football, basketball and music. Marcus loved his family and his family loved him. He will be remembered for his kind
and gentle heart and all the special times he shared with his family and friends.

She was born on June 10, 1954 in Litchfield, IL to the late Richard Lewis and Wanda Lee nee: Mayberry Fisher.
She and Richard E. Nance were married on July 30, 1993 in Potosi, MO. He survives.
Debra will be sadly missed by her many friends and family and by her carin terrier, Maggie Mae.

He was born July 28, 1958 in Granite City to Doloris (Ellis) Kidwell of Collinsville, IL and the late William Young.

Victor was a veteran of the U.S. Army and Airforce. He was a graphic artist, working for Magnesium Elektron for the last 8 years.

Survivors include: his wife, Angie (Carkhuff) of Granite City, 2 daughters, Andrea Young & Lauralea Young, both of St. Louis, a son, Ryan Power of

Betty Jean Zaruba, 89, of Granite City, IL, died at 3:05 p.m. Sat. Oct. 10, 2015 her home surrounded by her
family.

She was born May 1, 1926 in Gary, IN to the late Robert Ransom & Nancy (Clark) Harrell.

On Sept. 21, 1946, she and Frank Edward Zaruba were married in Granite City. He survives in Granite City.

Mrs. Zaruba enjoyed crocheting and had been a member of Cedar View General Baptist Church.

In addition to her husband of 69 years, she is survived by: 2 sons, Robert (Patricia) Zaruba and James “Ed” (Rita) Zaruba of Granite City, 4
grandchildren, Jeremy (Lisa) Zaruba, Dawn (Joe) Green, LeAnne (Mike) Fetrow and Nicole Zaruba, 2 great-grandchildren, Mathew & Jacob Fetrow and
a brother, Ray (Mary) Harrell of Granite City.

Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by: 2 sisters, Mildred June Moe and Genevieve Mae Gum and 4 brothers, Robert, Joseph, James &
Dean Harrell.

Visitation will be from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Tues. Oct. 13, 2015 at Wojstrom Funeral Home & Crematory, where services will be at 10:00 a.m. Wed.
Oct. 14, 2015 with Cecil Cook officiating. Burial will follow at Buck Road Cemetery.

Eula Davis, age 86, of Granite City, IL, passed away on Friday, October 9, 2015 at her home, with her loving
family by her side.

Eula was born on April 17, 1929 in Dover, TN, a daughter to the late Pete and Mattie (Epps) Hamm.

On April 19, 1952, Eula Hamm married Lee Davis, the love of her life, in Granite City, IL. She was a dedicated member of Niedringhaus United
Methodist Church in Granite City, IL. Eula was very active in church activities and she was also an excellent cook. Her greatest joy was spending time
with her family, especially with her grandson, of whom she was very proud. Eula will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved her.

In addition to her parents, Eula was preceded in death by three brothers, Frank, George and Earl Hamm; and three sisters, Alene Hassett, Gladys
Wallace and Catherine Czwornog.

Eula is survived by her devoted husband, Lee Davis; loving daughters, Terri (Martin Fiedler) Davis and Denise McKee all of Granite City, IL; proud
granny to Matthew (Andrea Bantz) McKee of Hartford, IL; proud great-granny to Joshua Bantz and Victoria Sorenson-Bantz; proud nana to Abigail and
Zachary Scott; dear sister, Helen (Robert) Burns of Lompoc, CA; many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

David B. Morse, 86, of Granite City, Illinois passed away at 3:30 a.m. on Monday, October 12, 2015 at Barnes
Hospital in St. Louis.

He was born January 7, 1929 in Carson Lake, Arkansas, a son of the late Barney E. and Lois (Fleming) Morse.

He married Mary F. (McAfee) Morse on May 22, 1948 in Corinth, Mississippi and she survives.

He retired as a crane man on April 1, 1990 from Granite City Steel after 37 years of dedicated service.

He was a hard worker throughout his life and was a beloved husband, loving father and grandfather and will forever be remembered. He enjoyed
woodworking and was always taking care of his family.

In addition to his beloved wife of 67 years, he is survived by a son and daughter-in-law, David "Steve" and Shirley Morse of Cabot, Arkansas; two
daughters and sons-in-law, Diane and John Greene of Granite City and Rebecca and Brian Sarginson of Granite City; six grandchildren, Stephanie
Morse, Heather Jeffers, David "Chris" Morse, Anthony Broyles, Amanda Broyles and Nicholas Broyles; eight great grandchildren; one great-great
grandchild; other extended family and friends. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his grandson, Anthony "Todd" Burkey and five
siblings.

Ruby was born on January 27, 1931 in O'Kean, AR, a daughter to the late Rube and Nina (Shelton) Payne.

In April of 1949, Ruby Payne married William W. Gibson, the love of her life, William passed away on June 19, 1998. Ruby was a former member of
Bethel Chapel in Granite City, IL. She enjoyed reading and traveling. Her greatest joy was spending time with her family, whom she adored. Ruby will
be sadly missed by all who knew and loved her.

In addition to her parents and husband, Ruby was preceded in death by two sons, Tommy Gibson and Larry "Odie" Gibson; sister and brother-in-law,

her loving family by her side.

Lucille was born on May 12, 1925 in St. Louis, MO., a daughter to the late Ellis Hackney Sr. and Marie (Karlemann) Hackney.

On July 2, 1948, Lucille Hackney, married Van C. Kalogerou, the love of her life, in St. Louis, MO., and Van passed away on June 4, 1984. Lucille was a
bus driver for Bi-State Bus Company and Vandalia Bus Lines, and had retired after many years of dedicated service. She was a member of the Eastern
Star. Lucille loved life, she loved to laugh, but most of all she loved her family. Her greatest joy was spending time with her family, whom she adored.
Lucille will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved her.

In addition to her parents and husband, Lucille was preceded in death by a son, Bruce Kalogerou; and a son-in-law, John McGee.

She is survived by her loving children, Donna McGree of Granite City, IL and Craig (Lori) Kalogerou of Glen Carbon, IL; brother, Ellis Hackney Jr. of

Julia L. Range, 92, of Granite City, Illinois passed away at 9:41 p.m. on Monday, October 5, 2015 at Barnes
Hospital in St. Louis, Missouri.

She was born January 17, 1923 in Wellesley Hill, Massachusetts, a daughter of the late John C. and Marie (MacDonald) Lamb.

She married LeRoy J. Range on May 23, 1945 at the former St. Joseph Catholic Church in Granite City and he passed away on May 15, 2009.

Julia retired in November 1982 from Christian Hospital and had also worked at St. Elizabeth Hospital and MO-PAC Hospital with many years of
dedicated service to others as a registered nurse.

She had a special love for animals and enjoyed her days of reading. She will be remembered for the love and special times shared with her family and
friends.

She is survived by two daughters and a son-in-law, Judith and Bill Russell of Granite City and Donna Arnold of Granite City; a son and daughter-in-law,
Michael and Doris Range of Edwardsville; six grandchildren and their spouses, Bill and Candace Russell III, Matthew and Heather Russell, Amy and
Matt Sheridan, Stephanie and Lance Khubchandi, Justin and Katie Range and Lauren Range; fourteen great grandchildren; two brothers, William
Lamb Sr. of Massachusetts and Charles Lamb of California; other extended family and friends.

In addition to her beloved husband and parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Christine Jones and two brothers, Alan Lamb and John Lamb.

Todd Eric Brooks, 42 of Evansville, Indiana and formerly of Granite City, Illinois passed away at 12:17 p.m.
on Monday, October 5, 2015 in Hartford, Illinois.

He was born October 31, 1972 in Granite City, a son of Betty (Smith) Brooks of Granite City and the late Hoyal Brooks.

He was a welder and pipefitter for many years and was a proud member of the Plumbers and Pipefitters Local 101 in Belleville.

He was an avid fan of the St. Louis Blues and Notre Dame and enjoyed his days of fishing, hunting and playing softball. The 1990 graduate of Granite
City High School was active with many sports and especially wrestling. He was a dedicated father to his boys, was very athletic through the years and
had a great sense of humor. He will be remembered for the love and special times shared with his entire family and many friends.

In addition to his beloved mother, he is survived by his fiancé, Debra Rexing of Evansville, Indiana; three sons, Brendan Brooks, Alex Brooks and Seth
Brooks, all of Granite City; a sister, Cynthia Worthen of Granite City; a brother and sister-in-law, Kenneth and Kyong Hui Brooks of Vienna, Austria; a
sister and brother-in-law, Carla and Charlie Bates of Somerville, Texas; many nieces; nephews; great nieces; great nephews; other extended family

She was born May 24, 1917 in St. James, Missouri, a daughter of the late Harry Arthur and Myrtle Frances (Hughes) Briggs.

She married Donald Parker Williams on August 29, 1936 in Granite City and he passed away on June 24, 1984. She was a faithful and active member
of Niedringhaus United Methodist Church in Granite City. She will be remembered for the love and special times shared with her family and friends.

She is survived by two sons and daughters-in-law, Donald and Sandra Williams of Huntington, West Virginia and Robert and Doris Williams of Bluffton,
South Carolina; four grandchildren and spouses, Pamela and John Martin, Daniel Williams, Scott and Susan Williams and Eric and Rachel Williams;
six great grandchildren, Alia Martin, Damon Williams, Graham Robert Williams, Madeleine Williams, Luke Williams and Molly Williams; a sister, Erma

Lawrence Leslie Lockhart Jr. 83, of Tampa, Florida and formerly of Granite City, Illinois passed away on
Friday, October 2, 2015 in Tampa.

He was born May 30, 1932 in North Venice, Illinois, the son of the late Lawrence Leslie Lockhart Sr. and Ethel Beatrice (Oliver) Vincent.

He had worked many years as an engineer and enjoyed his days of deep sea fishing. The United States Navy veteran proudly served his country during
the Korean War and was a faithful Mason for over 40 years. He will be remembered for the love and special times shared with his family and friends.

He is survived by his wife, Suevena K. Lockhart of Tampa; a daughter and son-in-law, Elaine L. and Joe Griffin of Edwardsville; two sons and
daughters-in-law, Lawrence and Carol Lockhart III of Granite City and David B. and Linda Lockhart of Tampa, Florida; ten grandchildren, Jeff Evans,
John Evans, Jason Evans, Joshua Evans, Casey Harrington, Emily Lockhart, David Lockhart Jr., Zackary Lockhart, Nicholas Lockhart and Amanda

Pete served in the United States Army and retired as a meat cutter after working for Miller Provision and Tarlas Food both in Madison, IL.

She was born June 11, 1970 in Clarksville, TN to Patricia (Graham) Pollard of Gillespie, IL and Elmer Myers. She married Robert Bronnbauer July 21,
2008 in Granite City. She was a past member of the Lions Club in Edwardsville.

Jinnifer is survived by a husband Robert Bronnbauer of Gillespie, IL; brother, Randy (Kim) Myers of Gillespie, IL, 2 sisters, Rachel (Kregg) Moxley of
Fairview Heights, IL and Sandy (Kenny Nelson) Myers of South Roxana and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her father, Elmer Myers; sister, Cindy Baker and her step-father, Don Pollard.

She was born November 19, 1933 in Farina, Illinois, a daughter of the late Leslie and Lois (Brown) DeWerff.

She married Maurice R. "Whitey" Hemphill on May 27, 1955 and he passed away ion August 12, 1998.

In addition to her beloved husband and parents, she was preceded in death by two grandsons, Devon Ray Hemphill and Paul Fabry Hemphill; two
sisters, Helen Storck and Dorothy Caudle and four brothers-in-law, Milford Storck, Floyd Reed, Gus Caudle and Robert Hemphill.

She is survived by two sons and daughters-in-law, Donald A. and Kelly Hemphill of New Smyrna Beach, Florida and Jim and Mary Lou Hemphill of
Arcadia, Missouri; four grandchildren, Christopher Hemphill, Jeran Keegan, Claire Hemphill and Jama Fabry; a great granddaughter, Ariana Hemphill;
a sister, Liz Reed; many nieces and nephews and other extended family and friends.

Mary was a 1951 graduate of LaGrove High School in Farina, Illinois, earned a Bachelor's degree from Eastern Illinois University and her Master's
degree from the University of Illinois.

She taught Business Education in the Pulaski, Roxana, Wood River and Granite City School Districts and also taught at Sanford Brown School of
Business. She was an active member of St. John's United Methodist Church in Edwardsville. She was also a member of the Edwardsville Chapter of P.
E.O. and the Illinois Federation of Teachers.

She enjoyed her days of gardening and baking and will be remembered for the love and special times shared with her family and friends.

Medical Center in Granite City.

Virginia was born on August 20, 1932 in Madison, IL to Willard and Rachel nee: Williams Tucker.
She married Richard Trebing on September 10 ,1955.
The loving wife and mother attended the Church of God of Prophecy in Alton. She was a caregiver and earlier in life she worked at Brown Shoe
Company.
Besides her husband of 60 years, she is survived by 5 sons: Karl Trebing of Granite City, Kevin Trebing of Murray, Ky, Jeffrey ( Teri) Trebing of Maryville,
Alan Trebing of Granite City and Christopher (Kelly) Trebing of Pontoon Beach; 4 grandchildren: Lea, Hope, Ceejay and Mathew and 2 great
grandchildren. Also surviving are 2 sisters: Doris Fox and Lorraine Fox both of Piedmont, MO and close family friends, Charles and Lenora Vaughn.
Virginia was preceded in death by her parents, sister: Thelea Faulkner and brother Sonny Tucker.

Sandra "Sandy" Batiste, age 56, of Granite City, IL, passed away on Thursday, October 1, 2015 at Barnes-
Jewish Hospital, St. Louis, MO.

Sandy was born on August 25, 1959, in Selma, AL, a daughter to Gene Weathers and Erna (Fischer) Kientzle.

Sandy had graduated from Granite City South High School in 1979. On November 24, 2007, Sandra Weathers; married Eugene Batiste, the love of her
life, in Madison, IL. Sandy had retired from DISC Corporation Inc. as an office administrator, after many years of dedicated service. She was a member
of Amvets Auxiliary Post #204 in Madison, IL. Sandy enjoyed going to flea markets with her mother and spending time with her family, especially with
her nieces and nephews, whom she adored. Sandy loved life, she loved to laugh, but most of all she loved her family and friends. She will be sadly
missed by all who knew and loved her.

time administrative assistant at General Steel and a member of Niedringhaus United Methodist Church in Granite City. Mary Lou will be remembered
for her kind heart and the special times she shared with her family and friends.

Esther was born on July 17, 1927 in Venice, IL to the late William and Roxanna nee: Babel Downs.
She was a loving mother and grandmother who enjoyed spending time with her family and who loved to dance.
Esther is survived by 3 daughters: Teri (Vincent) Bonvicino of Granite City, Deborah (Franklin ) Borkowski Nolen of Granite City, Michele (Paul) Eads of
Granite City; 9 grandchildren: Christopher Borkowski, Robert Mueller, Vincent Bonvicino II, Sean Bonvicino, Scott Bonvicino, Jeremy (Julie) Borkowski,
Joshua ( Jessica) Borkowski and Rebecca Prifti and 8 great grandchildren: Josie Hogue, Brayden Winnie, Joshua Borkowski Jr, Avery Borkowski,
Jordan Borkowski, Andrew Franklin, Hailey Franklin and Cencio Bonvicino. Also surviving are 3 sisters: Glenna Townzen of Caseyville, Margaret Gilbert

Sharron Ann Ellebracht, age 73, of Granite City, IL, passed away peacefully after a long 14 year battle with
Alzheimer's Disease on Tuesday, September 29, 2015 at her home, with her loving husband by her side.

On September 11, 1971, Sharron married Clarence "Clancy" Albert Ellebracht, Jr. in Las Vegas, Nevada. Sharron began her telecommunications
career with Southwestern Bell in St. Louis in 1967 and retired from Lucent Technologies in 1987, when she became a grandmother for the first time.
As a child, she lived in numerous locations due to her father being in the Army. They moved from Colorado to Texas, Alaska, Ohio, and then settled in
Illinois. Sharron and Clancy moved from Granite City to Littleton, CO in 1983, but then moved back to Granite City in 2012. Sharron was an active
member of the United Methodist Women at Niedringhaus United Methodist Church – Granite City and Grace United Methodist Church – Denver,
holding positions of President, then Treasurer. She was an avid gardener, artist and spent many hours crocheting, knitting or sewing. She also started
working in genealogy in 1987, traveling across the United States visiting various libraries while doing research for the family line history.

Edmond Guy Wilkinson, 79, of Granite City, IL, died Fri. Sept. 25, 2015 at Barnes-Jewish Hospital in St. Louis,
MO.

He was born Jan. 22, 1936 in Granite City to the late Charles William & Loretta Anna (McNeans) Wilkinson.
On June 23, 1956, he and Leona Bell were married in Mitchell, IL and she survives in Granite City.
Edmond was a US Army veteran and NRA member. He was employed with Granite City Steel for 44 years, serving as a Laborer, Crain Operator and
Fire & Rescue.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by: a son, Edmond E. (Marsha) Wilkinson of Granite City, 3 grandchildren, Trisha (Tom) Campbell, Kellie (Danny)
Harrison and April Wilkinson and 4 great-grandchildren, Hailey Selliers, Sterling, Sebastian & Sienna Campbell.

Vicky was born on June 7, 1962 in St. Louis, MO, a daughter to the late William Grable Sr. and Margie (Eidson) Grable.

On August 4, 1990, Vicky married Thomas Schildman, the love of her life, in Granite City, IL. She had worked at CPI in St. Louis, MO as an internal
auditor for many years. Vicky loved keeping up with her family and friends on facebook, she also enjoyed playing all of the games on facebook. Vicky
loved gardening and the outdoors; she enjoyed watching the hummingbirds, butterflies and her dogs play. Her greatest joy was spending time with her
family and friends. Vicky loved life, she loved to laugh, but most of all she loved her family and was very proud of them. She will be sadly missed by all
who knew and loved her.


In addition to her parents, Vicky was preceded in death by four of her faithful companions, Molly, Daisy, Ruby and Dax.

Thomas served in the Unites States Navy. He had been a truck driver for many years before retiring.

Glenn W. Davis, age 82, of Granite City, IL, passed away on Saturday, September 26, 2015 at his home, with
his loving family by side.

Glenn was born on March 10, 1933, in Arcata, CA, a son to the late Wilmer and Bertha (Grant) Davis.

On February 17, 1955, Glenn married Joyce Ann Durborow, the love of his life, in Lafayette, Indiana, Joyce passed away on September 14, 2012. Glenn
was a Korean War Veteran who proudly served his country in the United States Army. He had worked as a salesman for Dubois Chemical for many
years before starting his own company, Gateway Chemical Products. Glenn loved boating, racing, camping, watching sports, especially football.
Glenn's home was the gathering place for his family and friends. His greatest joy was spending time with his family, his friends and his dogs. He will
be sadly missed by all who knew and loved him.

In addition to his parents and his loving wife of fifty-seven years, Glenn was preceded in death by one son, Kirk Davis; two sisters, Lucille Preston and
Darlene Laud; and his brother, Grant Davis.

Bradley Keith Millikin, 43 of Granite City passed away on Thursday, September 24, 2015 at Richland
Memorial Hospital in Olney, IL.

Bradley was born on February 16, 1972 in Granite City. Bradley was a faithful member of Grace Baptist Church in Granite City and a Granite City High
School graduate class of 1992. He loved sports, especially wrestling and the St. Louis Cardinals. Bradley spent his days listening to music and
walking around the park and visiting many local businesses. He was well know in the Granite City area and will be missed by all that knew him.

He is survived by and will be missed by his mom; Shirley J. (Logan) Millikin of Granite City; his brothers, Jeffrey and (Robin) Millikin of Pocahontas, IL,

hospice care.

Orville was a US Air Force veteran.

Barbara was born on June 21, 1934 in Maplewood, MO. She was a daughter to the late Waldo Wilton Wood II, Alice (Bretscher) Cortor and stepfather,
Samuel Cortor.

On December 24, 1954, Barbara Wood married Robert E. "Bob" Yount, the love of her life, in Maplewood, MO. Bob passed away on January 4, 2010.
Barbara was a faithful member of First Christian Church, Granite City, IL, and she lead the song service. Barbara and Bob owned and operated Yount's
Market at 2459 Benton in Granite City, IL, for many years. Barbara enjoyed playing the piano in her younger years; she also enjoyed singing, crocheting
and she loved Soccer and Cardinal Baseball. Barbara loved life, she loved to laugh, but most of all she loved her family and friends. She will be sadly
missed by all who knew and loved her.

In addition to her parents and husband, Barbara was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Amy Marie Yount.

Phillip Ames Theis Sr. died at the age of 79.

Born March 10, 1936 in Granite City, IL, he was the son of the late Dr. E. H. Theis and Lida Cotter Theis. He was also predeceased by his brother Dr. E.
Howard Theis. He was a graduate of Washington University, where he earned his undergraduate and Doctor of Law degrees.

Mr. Theis practiced law in Granite City for many years and was especially proud when his son, who also earned a Doctor of Law degree, joined his law
firm. They practiced law together until Mr. Theis was forced to retire in 1996 because of failing health. Mr. Theis was Chairman of the Granite City
Planning and Zoning Administration for many years prior to his retirement.

After his retirement Mr. Theis and his wife traveled for several years in a motor coach, visiting all 50 states, Canada and Mexico. They lived in Naples,
Florida and Swansea, Illinois before returning to live in Granite City in 2010.

He is survived by his wife, Donna Tellor Theis who he married on December 21, 1957. He is survived by two children, Terri Kaye Shaw (David) and
Phillip A. Theis (Suzan); his grandchildren Melanie Crews Welsh, Jessica Shaw Chance (Tom), Adam Shaw (Michael Pohlman), Sean Theis, Jenna
Theis Donahue (Danny), and John Theis; and four great grandchildren Aiden Welsh, Ty Phillip Cooper, Skylynne Donahue, and Jaxx Donahue. In
addition he leaves sisters-in-law Sherri Tellor Ledbetter (Jimmy) and Lynda Tellor Teague (Tom), brother-in-law Ronald Tellor (Robin), several nieces
and nephews and many good friends.

Hospital, Maryville, IL, with his loving family by his side.

John was born on February 17, 1972 in Granite City, IL, a son to Michael Reagan Sr. and Carol (Kuzma) Reagan of Granite City, IL.

John was a member of Holy Family Catholic Church in Granite City, IL. He was a United States Army Veteran who proudly served his country. John
enjoyed watching wrestling and he played in several pool leagues. His greatest joy was spending time with his family and friends. John will be sadly
missed by all who knew and loved him.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Frank and Genevieve Kuzma and Ivy and Beatrice Reagan.

Josephine was born on December 3, 1940 in Van Buren, MO; a daughter to the late Virgil P. and Nica V. (Glass) Wall Sr. Josephine was a long
administrative assistant retiring from the Lutheran Church Missouri Synod. She countless hours playing pool in Terry Eddleman's Pool League and the

surrounded by his family.

Raymond was born on September 3, 1938 in Granite City; a son to the late Oscar and Gladys ( Fry) Jones. Raymond was a long time truck driver for the
Granite City Waste Water Treatment Facility. In his free time Raymond enjoyed playing a good game of golf and watching the St. Louis Cardinals and
the Rams. He was a talented softball player and loved to cut his grass. He was known by his family for painting his truck, several times and many
different colors. Raymond will be remembered for his kind heart and all the special times he shared with his family and friends.

He is survived by and will be missed by his wife; Melba (Ireland) Jones, whom he married on August 20, 1960; his son, Raymond and (Diane) Jones

She was born May 29, 1919 in Lesterville, Missouri, a daughter of the late James and Anna (Bonney) Barnes.

She was a homemaker and enjoyed her days of crocheting, sewing and gardening.
She will be remembered for the love and special times shared with her family and friends.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Theodore W. Swigert Sr. whom passed away on April 13, 2002; a son, Marty
Swigert; sister, Bonnie Raney and brother, James A. Barnes.

Patricia was born on December 25, 1939 in Granite City, IL, a daughter to the late James Lee Ridings and Hazel Virginia (Cochran) Ridings.

On August 31, 1979, Patricia married Robert L. Ray in Granite City, IL and he passed away on October 15, 2006. Patricia was a faithful and dedicated
member of Nameoki United Methodist Church in Granite City, IL; she was also a member of United Methodist Women, EMB at the church and a
member of the Moose Lodge. She had worked for Midwest furniture in St. Louis, MO as a bookkeeper for many years. Patricia was very active in the
church; one of the many things she did for the church was making all the potato salad for church barbecues. She also enjoyed working in her yard and
gardening. Her greatest joy was spending time with her family. Patricia loved life, she loved to laugh, but most of all she loved her family and was very
proud of them. She will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved her.

Patricia is survived by her loving daughters, Vicki (Stephen) Feltes of Madison, IL, Connie (Gary) Lofink of Granite City, IL and Natalie Stuart of

Ruth was born on July 3, 1931 in Granite City; a daughter to the late Anton and Vangelia (Dokoff) Eftimoff. Ruth co-owned Houser Auto Parts in Granite
City with her husband for over 50 years. She was a member of the Minerva Women's Club, Business and Professional Women's Association, Elketts
#1063 and volunteered countless hours as a member of the Hospital Auxiliary in Granite City. She will be remembered for her kind heart and all the
special times she shared with her family and friends.

She is survived by and will be missed by her husband; William "Bill" Houser, whom she married on October 24, 1954; her daughters, Leslie and

On February 22, 1955, Mary Richardson married Steve Galayda, the love of her life, in St. Louis, MO. Mary was a member of Hope Lutheran Church in
Granite City, IL and was a member of the Parkinson Support Group in Glen Carbon, IL. She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. Mary will
be sadly missed by all who knew and loved her.

Maxine had worked at the Salvation Army in Granite City, IL as a case worker for many years; she was also a dedicated member for seventy years.
Maxine was an avid Cardinal baseball fan and she enjoyed going to home games. She loved life, she loved to laugh, but most of all she loved her
family and enjoyed spending time with them. Maxine will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved her.

She retired from the United States Government as a supervisor and clerk with many years of Civil Service. She was a member of Holy Family Catholic
Church in Granite City and was active with the funeral luncheon committee. She enjoyed her days of reading and was an avid fan of the St. Louis
Cardinals Baseball. She will be remembered for the love and special times shared with her family and friends.

She is survived by two sons and daughters-in-law, John and Katia Avedisian of Phoenix, Arizona and Stephen and Vicki Avedisian of Millstadt, Illinois;

Carter Carburetor then went on to working at Seibolds Bakery in Granite City as a manager where she was known as "Grandma Cookie". Alberta was a
member of Nameoki United Methodist Church in Granite City and in her free time she enjoyed her yearly trips to Disney World and Branson. She loved
kids and to baby sit but most of all she loved her family. Alberta will be remembered for all the good times she shared with her family and friends.

She was born July 31, 1942 in Los Angeles, CA to the late Pauline LaVerne (Smith) Hannon Leisure & John George Hannon.

On Jan. 9, 1959, she and Philip J. Clark were married in Parsons, KS. He preceded her in death on Sept. 13, 2001.

Judith retired in 2000 from Lambert Refrigeration. She loved spending time with her family, singing karaoke and playing card games. She loved to win
and her family lovingly teased her about being a sore loser and a cheater.

William O. "Billy" Hasty Jr. 60 of Granite City passed away on Monday, September 7, 2015 at Gateway
Regional Medical Center in Granite City.

Billy was born on August 11, 1955 in Granite City, a son to the late William O. and Billie J. (Moad) Hasty Sr. Billy gave over 40 years as an operating
engineer for local union #520 retiring in 2012. In his free time Billy enjoyed cars, fitness and working in his yard. He had a special love for his dogs,
Duke and Bella but most of all he loved his wife and his family.

He is survived by and will be missed by his wife; Becki (Price) Hasty, whom he married on February 14, 2005; his son, Shaun Thomas Hasty of Granite

Lloyd E. Goodman, 83, of Granite City, IL, passed away at 9:35 a.m., Thursday, September 3, 2015 at his
home.

He was born October 24, 1931 in Vanleer, TN to Bert and Bethel (nee: Hassel) Goodman.
Lloyd was in the U.S. Army during the Korean War and received the National Defense Service Medal. He retired from Kienstra Concrete in Granite City,
IL.
The loving father enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren and fishing.
Lloyd is survived by two daughters: Beverly and husband Vic Graham and Shelle Ridings and her boyfriend Kevin Frawley all of Granite City, IL; step
daughter: Peggy and husband Jeff Marler of Shiloh IL; three grandchildren: Phillip Graham, Diona Graham and Baylee Ridings and four step
grandchildren: Emily Meadors, Evan Grant, Janet Marler and Kyle Marler. Also surviving is his life long partner, Lucille Stuart of Granite City.

He was born Feb. 7, 1955 in Granite City to the late Fred & Lola (Bennett) Biggs.

He married Tamara Vail in 1983 in St. Louis. She preceded him in death Aug. 2, 2010.

Freddie had worked for Schnuck’s bakery in St. Louis. Freddie was a hard working man, he always had a job no matter what. The job he loved the most
was in the bakery. When he wasn’t working he lived life like a rock star. Odds are if you knew Freddie, he probably picked on you when nobody else
would. He loved music and would spend hours rocking out on youtube. He spent those hours rocking with his best friend Cinnamon.

Survivors include: a daughter, Ashleigh Biggs and a son, Shane (Jennifer) Biggs, 3 grandchildren, Becky, Brandy & Rachel of Granite City, a brother,
Keith Biggs of FL and 3 sisters, Joyce Biggs of Granite City, Debbie Marlow and Joann Barfield of NV.

John Glen Duncan, age 81, of Granite City, IL, passed away on Saturday, August 29, 2015 at Stearns Nursing
and Rehab Center, Granite City, IL.

Glen was born on March 4, 1934 in Bee Branch, AR, a son to the late John and Lillie (Mahon) Duncan.

On November 7, 1992, Glen married June (Dudley)Becherer in St. Ann, MO. Glen was a dedicated Shriner of the Moolah Shrine and YOMA Unit in St.
Louis, MO; he was also a past president in 1980. He had retired from Lou Fusz Dealership in Ellisville, MO, as a parts manager after many years of
dedicated service. Glen enjoyed sports and was an avid Cardinal baseball fan and Rams fan. His greatest joy was spending time with his family and
friends. He loved life, he loved to laugh, but most of all he loved his famly. Glen will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved him.

In addition to his parents, Glen was preceded in death by four brothers, Harold, Estel, Jerry and Ralph Duncan.

She was born February 3, 1958 in Granite City, the daughter of the late Francis and Carolyn (Goodisky) Przygoda.
She retired in 2012 from the St. Louis City School District after many years of dedicated service as a high school teacher.
She was an avid bowler and loved arts and crafts. She was very talented in knitting, crocheting and making jewelry.

She will be remembered for the love and special times shared with her family and friends.

Phillip Lee Cory Jr., 46, of Wood River, formerly of Granite City, died Wednesday, Aug. 19, 2015, at Barnes-
Jewish Hospital in St. Louis.

He was born June 26, 1969, in Granite City to the late Nancy Karen (Avants) Hostmeyer and Phillip Lee Cory Sr. On Sept. 20, 2008, he and Illah
Michelle Clemons were married in Edwardsville. She survives in Wood River. Phillip was a Safety Reviewer for Madison County Transit since 2008. He
was a fun-loving Christian man who loved the Lord and his family and attended Calvary Baptist Church. He was known for his quick wit. He was also a
sportsman and NRA member and liked being outdoors, hunting and fishing. In addition to his wife, he is survived by five children, Jonathon Cory of
Granite City, Sierra Cory, Abigail Cory, Timothy Clemons and Wyatt Cory of Wood River; six siblings, Nova (Fred) Holder of Illinois, Randy (Karen) Cory
of Granite City, Brooke Hostmeyer of O’Fallon, Ill., Kelly Richardson of Mascoutah, Ill., Adrianne Nuckolls of Missouri and Rebecca (Mike) Sullivan of
Granite City; and his stepmother, Rose King, also of Granite City. Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his stepfather, Dennis Hostmeyer.

Jewell William Hall, 91 of Granite City passed away on Thursday, August 20, 2015 at The Fountains in Granite
City.

Jewell was born on August 19, 1924 in Walnut Ridge, AR; a son to the late Ralph and Janie (Madden) Hall. Jewell gave over 21 years of service to
Commonwealth Foundries as a core setter and later went on to work for American Steel from until his retirement in 1982. Jewell was a member of
Calvary Baptist Church in Granite City and loved to be outdoors fishing, hunting and camping. But most of all he enjoyed spending time with his family.
He will be remembered for his kind heart and all the special times he shared with his family and friends.

He is survived by and will be missed by his sons; Jim and (Harriet) Hall of Lenzburg, IL, Terry and (Barbara) Hall of Granite City, IL, Joseph and

Norman Draper, age 86, of Granite City, IL, formerly of Edwardsville, IL, passed away on Tuesday, August 18,
2015 at Relais Bonne Eau, Hospice House in Edwardsville, IL.

Norman was born on January 2, 1929, in Madison, IL, a son to the late John W. Draper Sr. and Esther M. (Murdach) Draper.

Norman was a Korean War veteran who proudly served his country in the United States Army. On March 7, 1959, Norman married Deloris Cottrell
Squires, the love of his life, at the Methodist Church in Mounds, IL. He had retired in 1987 as a manager of rates from the Union Pacific Railroad. He
had worked thirty-nine years for different railroads. Norman was a faithful member of First Baptist Church in Edwardsville, IL. He was also a member of
American Legion Post 199, The 2nd Indian Head National Division Association, The Hanford McNider Branch 2nd Indian Head Division in Des Monies,
Iowa and the Union Pacific Retirement Group in St. Louis, MO. Norman enjoyed working in his yard and spending time with his family; especially with
his grandchildren and great-grandchildren, whom he adored. Norman will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved him.

Geneva M. Hill, 84, of Madison, Illinois passed away at 3:20 p.m. on Sunday, August 16, 2015 in Granite City.

She was born February 23, 1931 in Grandin, Missouri, a daughter of the late John and Sylvia (Parrish) Wood.

She married Roy H. Hill in Clay County, Arkansas and he passed away on May 15, 1982. She and her late husband had owned and operated the
Cloverleaf Confectionary in Madison.

She was an avid bingo player and playing pinnocle and enjoyed her days of camping and fishing. She was a charter member of Temple Baptist Church
in Madison.

She is survived by two daughters and a son-in-law, Pam Hill-Thomas of Granite City and Paula and David Vaughn of Granite City; four grandchildren,
Tara Butler, Russell Hill, David (Stephanie) Vaughn and Kevin Vaughn; three great grandchildren, Deven Butler, Shane Butler and Alyssa Love; six
brothers and sisters, Murlanne Julius, John Wood, Don Wood, Linda Coleman, Gary Wood and Cheryl Stephens; many nieces; nephews; other
extended family and friends.

In addition to her beloved husband, she was preceded in death by infant twin children, Kevin and Karen Hill and a brother, Bob Wood.

In celebration of her life, visitation will be at Irwin Chapel, 3960 Maryville Road in Granite City on Friday, August 21, 2015 from 11:00 a.m. until time of
funeral service at 1:00 p.m. with Reverend Rich Cope officiating.

Burial will be at Sunset Hill Memorial Estates in Glen Carbon.

Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society and may be accepted at the funeral home.
