Hello everyone - welcome to the February update. We are happy to be back after a few weeks of rest and relaxation, and we are hopeful and praying for a wonderful 2021 after happily leaving 2020 in the rear view mirror. While we aren't where we want to be due to the pandemic, we do have several activities going on this month. We will bring additional events to you when we receive them, and they will be posted at the bottom of the home page, so check back often. Remember to check out our Discussion Board, if you aren't a member, sign up and join in on the many conversations...as always you are free to remain anonymous while engaging with your friends, neighbors and other Granite City residents. Stay safe - stay healthy! |

As Mayor of Madison, it is important to me that we continue to bring our city back to life. In my time here we have been able to bring America's Central Port here along with Rivers Edge Terminals, built a new state of the art Fire Station, Green Plains Ethanol Plant, and maintained a clean and beautiful place to raise our families. I am proud of the work we have accomplished and I humbly ask for your vote on April 6th to continue the great things we have accomplished. |
